Burak Önder was born on March 27, 1982 in Istanbul. He completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration.

He started his career as an export manager at Lüks Plastik, which produces plastic household and kitchen utensils, and then assumed the duty of general coordinator. Currently, he is the general manager of Lüks Plastik and Avantaj Ev Gereçleri companies. Having started with the production of plastic household and kitchen utensils, Lüks Plastik today produces kitchen utensils made of glass, metal and plastic and exports 75% of its production to 93 countries.

Burak Önder also served as the Founding President of the Association of Home and Kitchen Goods Industrialists and Exporters (EVSİD), a member of the board of directors of the Istanbul Chemical Substances and Products Exporters' Association, the Advisor to the President responsible for Overseas Projects at the Turkish Exporters Assembly, and the Vice President of Genç TIM.
